Jaedon is a New Zealand-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, locally made workwear and personal protective equipment. They engaged us to develop a sophisticated e-commerce platform capable of handling their full range of online sales, complete with advanced product management, customer accounts, and integrated payment and shipping solutions.
Developer Notes
We designed and developed the Jaedon website to support their growing online sales and provide a seamless experience for both customers and suppliers. The platform includes a Customer Accounts login, allowing registered customers to place orders on account and manage their purchasing history with ease.
For suppliers, we built a custom Suppliers Module, enabling access to specific pricing, product ranges, and order management tailored to each supplier. The website is fully integrated with Salesmate CRM to streamline customer management and sales workflows, and features payment processing via Windcave for secure online transactions.
Inventory is handled through a Stock Quantity Management Module, ensuring accurate, real-time stock levels across all products. The entire platform is custom, open-source, and user-friendly, allowing Jaedon staff to easily manage products, orders, and site content without technical expertise.
Their website’s shopping cart system is designed for speed and simplicity, making it effortless for customers to complete their purchase. Shoppers can log in to an existing account, quickly create a new one, or check out as a guest with minimal steps required. The streamlined process removes unnecessary friction, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience from product selection through to payment.
